These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 777xpr website, located at 777xpr.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). 777xpr operates as an informational guide for online sports betting and casino gaming, serving users across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. Each individual may register only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification).
• Valid email address and contact details.
• Date of birth — which must confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.
• Residential address.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. 777xpr will never contact you requesting your password under any circumstances.

5.3 Account Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, provision of false registration information, money laundering, abuse of promotional offers, or any other conduct deemed contrary to the fair and lawful operation of the Platform.

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations and responsible gambling best practices, 777xpr and any associated Operators require all Users to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing any withdrawal request and, in certain circumstances, before deposits above specified thresholds.

6.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, etc., dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of an Easypaisa or JazzCash account registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation in cases where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

6.2 Processing Times

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 business hours of submission of complete and legible documentation. During the review period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete, illegible or inconsistent documentation.

7.1 Deposits

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual timelines depend on your chosen payment method and any applicable bank or provider processing schedules. 777xpr accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

7.3 Currency

Account balances may be held and transactions processed in PKR where supported. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the Platform and are subject to change without notice. You accept all currency conversion risks.

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type. In the event of any ambiguity, the Platform's determination of the outcome of any bet or game shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 16.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including but not limited to Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, football leagues and UFC events — are offered subject to individual market rules. Match postponements, cancellations or abandonments are governed by market-specific settlement rules published on the Platform.

8.2 Casino Games

Casino games, including slots, live dealer tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) and instant games, are subject to published RTP figures and game-specific rules. Quoted RTP percentages are theoretical long-run values and do not guarantee any outcome in a single session. Malfunctions void all pays and play.

8.3 System Errors

In the event of a technical error, system fault or manifest pricing error, 777xpr reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Any winnings resulting from a system error, exploit or obvious pricing mistake are void and not payable.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers published on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only available to eligible Users who have satisfactorily completed KYC verification.
• Each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the published expiry window. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet limits during active bonus periods apply. Exceeding the stated maximum bet during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in immediate bonus cancellation, Account suspension and forfeiture of all related winnings:

• Exploitation of promotional terms through mechanical, automated or systematic betting patterns.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

10.1 Player Protection Tools

• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period.

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC or during any other interaction with the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers or any other non-human method to access, scrape or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software component of the Platform.

Breach of any of the prohibitions listed in this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and civil or criminal legal action as appropriate.

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 777xpr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any portion of the Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any material from the Platform on any other website or electronic resource.
• Use 777xpr trademarks, logos or brand identifiers without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute copyright infringement, for which 777xpr reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xpr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third-party Operator referenced by or accessible through the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your Account or transmissions.
• Gambling losses incurred at any third-party Operator platform.

777xpr is an informational platform only. We do not operate betting markets, we do not accept wagers, and we are not responsible for the practices, terms, technical failures or business decisions of any third-party Operator.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 777xpr collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions and comply with applicable legal obligations. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777xpr is licensed and incorporated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
